Well, it sounds like we’re late jumping on this bandwagon already. In its five days since announcement, the beta testing for COD:Elite (Activision’s new online multiplayer service be be released with Modern Warfare 3 on November 8th 2011) has already surpassed over 1 million registrants. That’s a whole thousand thousand Call of Duty:Black Ops gamers … Continue reading »

Konami X-Men Arcade and Bad Company 2 For iOS Devices
Crumbs! The App store launched these 2 little gems yesterday. Firstly a port of the 1992 side-scroller X-Men, the arcade and then, the slightly more contemporary addition of Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Now I haven’t tested either of these first hand but from the looks of it, they’ll both be great if you know what … Continue reading »

Faster, more responsive, sleeker, more grown up buttons, proper keyboard with a TAB key, MUCH greater browser functionality (including ‘incognito mode….) equal video and camera capabilities but with the added versatility of Android 3.0 (Honeycomb).
OSX 10.7 Lion – Sneak Peak
After a bit of tinkering with the developer build of OS X 10.7 LION, here are my initial thoughts: New features are as follows: Facetime, Launchpad, Airdrop, Fullscreen Apps., iPad style Mail and a new look and feel to the Finder. That appears to be it. Facetime is self-explanatory. Internet video calls from your mac to … Continue reading »
Shift 2 – First Thoughts Review
Oh Dear Lord. This game makes me squeal like a pig in custard. Or, more relevantly, a fat bloke wedged into a turbo charged V8 Caterham Superlight 500, on a 150mph follow-through. I intend to be rampantly biased about this game as i’m a car enthusiast but then, i think that the fact that it keeps a … Continue reading »
