Square Enix have released another trailer for next year’s Final Fantasy XII-2, the sequel to a game I grew to love.
I’m excited at the possibility of continuing in the vein of the latter part of the first game. At worst, the upgrades to the battle system look exciting and the presentation overall seems better (although Final Fantasy XIII was no dog). If they stick to the 25 hour long corridor-based tutorial formula, then they won’t be winning many new fans.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 is due to be released in 2012 on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
